The Innovator Visa is a residency programme for the United Kingdom. In simple terms, it is a route to citizenship where an applicant has an innovative, scalable, and viable business plan. The proposed business plan must be innovative, scalable, and viable in order to successfully be accepted by an approved UK endorsement body. It must be different from anything on the market.
This visa allows you to legally stay in the United Kingdom for 3 years. After three years you may apply for settlement, if the necessary requirements are fulfilled. You may extend your visa, for another 3 years, there is no limit to how many times you can extend your visa.

How Long Does It Last For?
You are permitted to stay for 3 years in the UK if you either:
Come to the UK on an Innovator visa
Change to this visa from another visa while in the UK
In order to be eligible for a UK Innovator Visa, an applicant must:
The business must be new
Innovative – you are required to have an original business idea which is different from the rest of the market
You have to be able to prove that your company can is viable for growth
Be able to meet the English Language Requirement.
Pass approved English language test with a level B2 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale
In order for a person to be eligible for a UK Innovator Visa, the applicant must:
be at least 18 years old
have an Innovative, viable and scalable business idea
have an endorsement letter from an endorsing body.
have access to GBP 50,000 or more.
be able to prove that they have enough personal savings to support themselves while they are in the UK. i.e., for the main applicant £1,270 in their bank account for 28 consecutive days, £285 for spouse, £315 for one child, and £200 for each additional child
