UK Overseas Representative Visa

Establish a branch/subsidiary of your company in the UK

CHECK YOUR ELIGIBILITY

The UK Sole Representative Visa Program was designed for senior managers and business owners within a company willing to establish a branch/subsidiary in the UK, and nominate a key staff with solid experience to represent the company.

The Sole Representative of an Overseas Business visa allows a senior employee of an overseas business to come to the UK to set up and operate a UK branch of an overseas parent company. Indefinite leave to remain (ILR) can be achieved after 5 years in the Representative of an Overseas Business visa category.

The main applicant will get a leave to enter visa that allows legal stay in the United Kingdom for 3 years. This leads to an extension of 2 years, and then to permanent residency (ILR). This entitles the main applicant to apply for citizenship a year after, if the necessary requirements are fulfilled.
